Marco Zaplan Critical minerals, just energy transition, and open data consultant.

About

I am a Filipino development professional working at the intersection of critical minerals, just energy transition, public finance, and open data. My expertise in data analysis and policy reforms, along with my track record in research, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building, has led me to develop compelling technical content, organize impactful events, and provide technical assistance for public policy reform initiatives. I am eager to bring my skills to an organization and projects committed to driving positive change and empowering communities.

I have worked with governments, multilaterals, and nonprofits to unlock the potential of data in various applications. I help them by analyzing and visualizing data using innovative tools to inform policy reforms, advocacies, and programs.

I’m based in the world’s most densely populated city in the world Manila, Philippines.
